The forums have been offline for a few years, they never saw much use and after I stopped playing D&D there wasn't much need for them. The spammers were also getting out of control constantly creating accounts.
I recently moved everything to a different server and decided to try and get the forum back online with the latest version of the software. Despite the version changes in the database server software I was able to get it up and running without too many problems.

Didn't take the spammers long to find the board again. Was getting 20 attempts a day at creating accounts. So account creation has been disabled for now.
